BRAINtranslate is designed to make the neuroscience research being undertaken at the Melbourne Brain Centre (MBC) more accessible to members of the general public.  More importantly, the focus is on removing the complexity of the science so that research developments and outcomes are communicated in a language that is easily understood by all.

To begin with, BRAINtranslate will introduce the work of four key research groups located across the MBC, investigating Multiple Sclerosis, Brain Tumours, Epilepsy and Stroke.  Informtion from each of these teams will be provided in three formats - written research summaries, research videos and online video conferences (known as Google Hangouts).
